These terms apply to your use of GRABO Builder, its Windows connector, and related Fleet features.

Authorized use

Use only accounts, computers, files, and services you are authorized to access. Keep your account secure. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful software, send unsolicited messages, or bypass access controls.

Tasks and connected services

You choose the tasks you give the agent and the services you connect. A task can read or change files, run programs, send messages, or affect a connected computer or account. Check the selected computer and permissions before starting work, and review results before relying on them.

AI-generated outputs can contain mistakes. Keep backups of important files and review code, communications, and other consequential work before using or distributing it.

Organization accounts

Your organization controls its account access and desktop assignments. Its authorized administrators may manage sessions and computers and review available work information. Follow your organization's instructions about sensitive information and the use of company devices.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the service and its providers to process that content as needed to perform your tasks, store your work, and operate the features you or your organization use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.

Privacy and access changes

Our privacy policy explains the data these features use and how to request deletion. You can disconnect optional Google access and ask your administrator to change your computer assignments. Account or service access may be restricted to protect the service, enforce these terms, or follow your organization's access decisions.
